We refer to the NOTICE ON PROPOSED VISIT TO GAOBEIDIAN FOR SHAREHOLDERS which has been uploaded onto our website on 16 August 2019.

We have not received any response from shareholders as at 28 August 2019, which is the last day for interested Shareholders to submit a response via email to mainoffice@kimsengheng.com.sg with the subject title: “Proposed Gaobeidian Visit”. Due to poor response, the proposed Gaobeidian visit will not be carried out.
